LE LONG DU TAGE is committed to guaranteeing you a top quality service and will adapt the form of delivery transport for each individual order. Thus, products available in the catalogue have been divided into categories by product type and mode of transport to guarantee safe and timely delivery.

LE LONG DU TAGE has regular deliveries all across European and some other countries (see list below) :

Europe : Germany, Belgium, Danemark, Spain, France, Italia, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland

International : China, United States of America, Hong-Kong, Japan, Morocco, Russia, Singapore

Deliveries are made within 48 hours to mainland France and Monaco from Monday to Saturday (except holidays) and within 3 to 10 days according to international destinations (see frame below). Your order will be sent “signed for” and will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. In case of absence, a notice will be left in your mailbox so you can pick up the package at your local post office. You have 15 days to collect the parcel upon presentation of identification. After this period the parcel will be returned to LE LONG DU TAGE. In this case, the return postage will be at your expense.

Your order will be delivered to the door at the entrance of your building or home. You will be contacted directly by the carrier ensure you are at home to sign for it. Delivery of your order will be made by one person.  The products are delivered in packaging. The carrier is not responsible for the empty packaging.


The delivery of your package is made by two people and is at home, into the room of your choice. This option also includes unpacking the package and the removal of packaging by the carrier.

IMPORTANT : LE LONG DU TAGE cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver larger items due to too narrow access (doors, windows, corridors, stairs etc.). It is important to measure the item you wish to buy and any access routes before placing your order. The dimensions are available in each product description.


For all made-to-order products, the production time and delivery may vary depending on the article and the manufacturer. The production time is indicated in each product description and it runs from the date of acceptance of your order (date of receipt of payment).

Small items :

Small items are sent by post (Colissimo) within 48 hours, once the availability of each product has been checked. If one or more articles are no longer available, you will be contacted by email or telephone. Amounts paid for these items will be refunded. We will reimburse these items by crediting the card used for payment of the order.

Larger and bulky items :

The delivery time is 8 to 10 days      from the date of availability of the goods.

In the case of items made to order, delivery time is 8 to 10 days from the date of availability of the goods by the manufacturer from his workshop. The order will be shipped as soon as all made to order items are available. We will contact you should the delivery time be any longer. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

There are two rates for delivery for the entire catalogue of products available on :

Class 1 - Small items (candles, creams, cutlery, etc.) are shipped by post.

Class 2 - Moderately bulky items (chairs, small lights ...) and large (sideboards, desks, tables, bookshelves...) require specialized shipment by courier.

The customer shares the transport costs in the form of a flat fee.

Actual shipping costs are usually higher than the flat fee paid by the customer, the difference being carried by LE LONG DU TAGE.

Whilst you are shopping nominative delivery charges are added to your account. The final delivery charge will be calculated and shown in the shopping cart. It will be submitted for your approval prior to placing your order.

For shipments outside the European Union, taxes, miscellaneous costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will be requested at the time of delivery. In this case, the invoice accompanies the package and a copy of the invoice can also be consulted and printed from the customer account.

We pay special attention to the quality of our products and ensure they are delivered in the very best condition. However, it may be that you want to return an item.

Upon delivery, we remind you that it is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition and contents of any packages received in the presence of the delivery man. Any damage found on packages must be reported to the delivery man and must be written on the delivery note. The transport risks are covered if the client voices and writes down his concerns on the delivery note and confirms these concerns by sending them by signed-for registered mail to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Articles found damaged during delivery will be fully exchanged or refunded accordingly.

You have a period of 14 days from the delivery of your order to return a product for either exchange or refund. Delivery charges for a return are at the customer’s expense. Items must be returned as new, intact, complete with all accessories and documents in their original packaging, including the delivery note. We remind you that the return of goods is the client's responsibility and that transportation costs are payable by the client.

Your return request must be sent to us by mail to: clearly stating your order number.

We will then contact you to tell you how to return your item. After receiving the returned items and checking the condition of the products, their packaging and accessories, we will provide a refund within 30 days.

Customised and made-to-order products are excluded from the cancellation policy.

The right to cancel and/or return products does not apply to products that have been customized at the request of the customer or to made-to-order products. This information is listed on the products description file.
